The system dosing device consists of a solution tank, a stirrer, a metering pump, a level gauge, a safety valve, a pressure gauge, a pulsation damper, a convector, various valves, a support base, a stair railing, a circuit control part, a complete set of pipes and an attached Component composition.

The system dosing device can be manually controlled locally or automatically. The automatic control is based on the dosage shown by the flow rate of the dosing port, and the output flow of the dosing pump is adjusted to meet the system requirements. The status and fault signal of all dosing pumps and agitators can be transmitted to the DCS or the host computer as needed. The DCS or the host computer can remotely start and stop the dosing pump as needed.

▶ According to different technical requirements, the electric control cabinet can be equipped with local manual control, semi-automatic control and fully automatic control.

▶ Solution tank can be made of 316 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, carbon steel, carbon steel lining (plastic), FRP, PE, etc. according to different corrosion resistance requirements.
